Hippocampus Magazine is offering a select number of HippoCamp 2018 conference sponsorship opportunities at varying levels, from presenting sponsor to participating sponsor. This year, we also have additional exciting new levels, including sponsoring coffee breaks and our mobile charging station.
Vendor tables are located in either the high-traffic hallway or, new this year, our snack break/lounge/charging room. Our 15-minute breaks between sessions as well as snack breaks mean lots of dedicated time for networking throughout the day. The opening reception is held in the midst of exhibit tables, too.

All sponsorship opportunities include exhibit space, conference registration(s), and added-value promotion before, during, and after the conference. Note that conference promotion begins in early February 2018, so the earlier you sign up, the more mileage you’ll get! All added-value opportunities are from date of signing and forward.

PLATINUM (1) – Presenting/Corporate Sponsor (1)
Receive the most visibility before, during, and after HippoCamp; this level is ideal for a corporation that believes in the literary arts, or a larger publishing services company or other organization whose target audience is writers. Exclusive features to this level include “presented by” designation on conference communication, a sponsored break-out session, your logo on the souvenir tote bag and lanyard, and an email to our magazine’s mailing list.

GOLD – Partnering Sponsor (3 – coffee break, wi-fi, or charging station)
Writers love their coffee and wi-fi. This sponsorship level allows our conference goers to stay connected and stay alert. This level gives your brand extra visibility through sponsoring one of our two most popular conference amenities: coffee breaks and free wi-fi access in the conference area, and, new this year, charging stations(s) — plus extra exposure via a pre-conference blog post and a post-conference email to attendees.

This level is ideal for an MFA program or other organization whose target audience is writers that wishes to have higher visibility before and during the conference, as well as have the chance to receive an extra complimentary registration.
